Alexander Technique

Alexander Technique

Actors, Musicians, and Dancers rely upon the Alexander Technique to perform on the highest level. Taught in world-leading institutions of Drama – e.g. RADA, LAMDA; Dance and Music: Rambert, RAM, and RCM. Alexander technique is the way to enhance your performance and guide your life as a person and as an Artist.

Alexander Technique

is Unlearning and Non-doing, Subtracting rather than adding. It teaches you how to prevent unnecessary habits and makes any activity simpler.

We tend get ourselves ready and get tense before we do anything. This is only a habit and mostly unconscious. We normally acquire several of these habits at a young age. Any change to your habits, will initially feel wrong or odd. This is to be expected as you have become used to with what is unhelpful. So, what is helpful can seem and feel strange.
